Find all the information you need for a haywire weekend here! Experience the whole weekend or take in the parts that interest you the most!
Friday, July 25: 4 pm – 2:30 am Night market (5-9), food trucks, Art in the Barn, workshops, drum circle, kids program, bonfire, beer gardens, live electronic music showcasing Sask DJs and Hip hop artists.
Early bird passes on sale for a limited time! $100 for Adult Weekend pass and includes on site camping. Kids 12 and under are free (accompanied by an adult)
Saturday, July 26: 9 am – 2:30 am Public market (*see below), food trucks, kids program, workshops, live art exhibits and live music from Sask DJs, singer/songwriters and bands, bonfire and beer gardens
$100 for Early bird Weekend pass, day passes available for purchase April 2025. Public Festival grounds admission $5 admission valid from 12-5 open to market, gallery, food trucks and live art exhibits.
Sunday, July 28: 9 am – 6 pm Workshops, food trucks, drum circle and live music.

Packing list
- lawnchair
- cash (no atm on site)
- drinking water, stay hydrated!
- bugspray
- sunscreen, sunhat, beach umbrella for shade
- yoga mat or beach blanket (if participating in workshops, please note yoga is outside)
- raingear, rubber boots
- camping gear (if you are here for the whole weekend)
- dancing shoes, or comfy ones you don’t mind kicking up some dust in
- drum for the drum circle
- flashlight, solar lights for your camp spot is a good way to find home too!
- PLEASE NO GLASS ON SITE AND SMOKE ONLY IN DESIGNATED AREAS. DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES.
- bring ID for beer garden entry
- beach towel and biodegradable soap for a “lake bath” at Codette lake, 5 minutes directly north of the farm!
Camping
- Rustic on site camping available FREE with a weekend pass.
- Gates open for camping on Friday, July 25 at 11 am. No early admittance. Must vacate the campground by 7 pm July 27.
- Choose between Night owl camping for those who like to stay up late or Early bird camping for those who prefer a quieter experience. Early birds will be further from the event stage and suitable for families, bring your walking shoes and a flashlight is good to have on hand!
- No Campfires permitted in camping area. Nightly bonfires will be held in the main stage area. Propane firepits are permitted.
- Tents and campers welcome. Please note camping is in a pasture, therefore quite open. Please come prepared for weather conditions, this is Saskatchewan!
- There are no shower facilities on site. Codette lake is located 8 km directly North of the farm and a great place for a quick dip, backwoods style!
- Bring potable water for drinking. Outside food and drink is permitted in camping area. Drinking water is available for purchase from onsite vendors.
- Please use provided garbage and recycling containers and clean up your site upon leaving. No glass permitted and smoke only in designated areas. Thank you for respecting the farm.
How to get here
Haywire farms Sask is located in beautiful Northeast Saskatchewan only 8 km from Codette lake, 15 km from Codette and 30 km from Nipawin.

- Saskatoon 245 km
- Prince Albert 130 km
- Melfort 66 km
Haywire Farms Sask is easily located through google maps (SEARCH: HAYWIRE FARMS SASK) directions listed below:
From Melfort take Hwy 6 to Gronlid (34 km), turn onto Hwy 335 towards Arborfield for 20 km and turn North (left), (look for markers) take this grid for 13 km and you will arrive at the farm. The 1st entrance is for campers and day parking, 2nd entrance is for vendors and disability day parking. Look for the signs posted.
From Nipawin take Hwy 35 S towards Tisdale for 17 km to Pontrilas. Take the Pontrilas grid West (turn right) for 9 km and turn North (right), farm will be 2 km. 1st entrance for day parking, camping. 2nd entrance for vendors and disability day parking.
Get Involved
Be a special part of the Haywire Farm festival and join the team! It takes volunteers to make an event like this possible and giving back to your community will bring you extra joy and laughter, we promise! As an extra thank you, rebate options on your weekend pass for donating your time to make sure the festival runs less haywire! Minimum volunteer age is 13.
Volunteer 6 hours between July 25-27 and receive a 50% refund on your weekend pass* (split into 2 x 3 hour shifts during the weekend)
Volunteer 12 hours between July 24-28 and receive a 100% refund on your weekend pass* (split into 3 x 4 hour shifts during the weekend)
Volunteer 4 hours between July 25 -27 just for smiles!
*Refunds given on July 27 once volunteer hours are completed
Workshops
A variety of workshops will be available throughout the weekend for pass holders. These workshops are based around holistic living, homesteading practices, storytelling, nature learning, art and more! Daily meditation and yoga practice will be available.
The festival is seeking workshop facilitators for 2025! Interested candidates may apply through the Artist application form. All workshop facilitators receive 2 weekend passes and are considered partner sponsors of the festival and receive recognition in the festival marketing. Food Service
A variety of food vendors are available to meet most dietary needs. Outside food and drink is permitted in camping area to ensure specific needs are met. List of food vendors to come, stay tuned!
