Artist Application

Be a Haywire Artist

Haywire Farm Festival is all about community, creativity, and celebrating the talent we have right here in Saskatchewan.  If you’re a musician, DJ, performer, or workshop facilitator who wants to share your work in a down-to-earth, welcoming setting, we’d love to hear from you.

We accept applications from artists who live in Saskatchewan or have strong roots here.  Musical submissions must feature original music created by the artist or band applying.  We’re here to showcase the stories, skills, and sounds that come from our province.

Performance Rotation Policy

To keep the lineup fresh and to open the door for more artists, anyone who has performed at Haywire for two consecutive years is welcome to apply again but with the understanding that priority will be given to new applicants.  This helps us support a wider mix of Saskatchewan talent.  As a thank you to our past haywire artists a special discount will be given for any alumini  wanting to attend Haywire 2026. Please email us to claim your discount!

What to Expect

Musical sets and workshops range from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours.  Selected performers and facilitators receive a weekend pass plus one weekend guest pass and on-site camping for the festival.

We are a small team and receive many applications, so only selected artists will be contacted.  Your understanding is appreciated.
