Be a Haywire Artist

 Are you an up and coming Saskatchewan artist, performer or teacher that would like to share their talents with others? The Haywire Farm festival is passionate about building community through music, arts, culture and education and we want you involved in this vision! Now accepting talent applications for DJ’s, solo artists, bands, workshop facilitators and visual artists. We are an “all Sask” festival,  selected talent must reside or have deep roots in Saskatchewan.  Musical submissions must feature original music created by the artist/band applying (no cover bands). Successful applicants will be notified by April 4, 2025. Musical sets & workshops vary in length from 45 min-1.5 hours. Each performer/artist/workshop facilitator receives a complimentary weekend pass and on-site camping is included.  The Haywire farm festival supports a diverse range of music and talent, all genres will be considered.  We are a small staff and receive many applications, only selected artists will be contacted, thank you for your understanding.   

Workshop facilitators:  The Festival supports education based around small farming/homesteading, gardening, holistic living, art, music, traditional skills, environmental sustainability and cultural diversity.  If you have knowledge and talent you would like to share please apply.

Visual Artists:  The festival supports visual artists through the Haywire Art Collective, a collaboration with Rise Up Community Organization to give exposure to rural artists and support them in their development.  The Festival supports artists by providing live art installations during the festival.  Visual artists selected receive a complimentary gallery space to present their works during the festival, connection and support through the art collective and featured space on the festival website.
